Our mission is to provide honest, unbiased and detailed evaluations of homes, buildings and properties, by applying the most current and educated information of building evaluations and abiding by the national standards for the purpose of serving and protecting our clients health and safety, as well as their financial investment.
Our Reports
We offer our clients very detailed, computer generated, mobile friendly, narrative style, QUALITY REPORTS with descriptive color digital photographs(with Zoom option) of all of the homes systems and deficiencies with-in two business days after time of inspection. Our reports meet and exceed the rigorous Standards of Practice for the State of Illinois, as well as organizations like ASHI, Inter-NACHI and NAHI. Our Company does not offer bare minimum, on-site reports! Our reports are considered to be very detailed, thorough, quality reports!

We take our allowed time extensively evaluating your properties structure and systems as if it were our own!
We encourage our clients to accompany our inspector on a walk through of the home at the end of the 3-4 hour Inspection. This will allow him to answer any questions and explain the significance of his observations.
